So, I do less and less actual work with technology and more and more accounting and management work. I don't know if I like it. I miss the technology. I go stick my fingers into the pot every once in awhile and stir things up.

And so it starts...Today I went into my customers site to try and figure out how to get their XML up and running on a shoestring. We have tons of ".xml" files that make up their manuals. They have the tools on their computers, they just can't fathom how it all goes together. And, thats okay for now. But we really need to grow their confidence and skill levels.

I have staff there 3 days a week working with them, working around them. Getting them used to the idea that things are changing. Its like being a change agent - get them ready for the future.

Home from Mission work in Helena and Arlee, Montana.

Sunrise over the mountains, my first morning. I got up early and walked outside. It was amazing.

Moon rise on our way back from Hogsback Mountain.

Glacier stream, the water was very cold. We climbed on the rocks (I of course, brought some home).

The view from above the hotel at Many Glaciers.

I loved the way this looked, the colors, the chairs, the beams overhead.

I took my shoes off and waded in Lake McDonald. It was really cold and very rocky underfoot.
